Remember last week when I shared with you that we have the Lineweaving forums reopened? And I mentioned our MOJO challenges? Well, one one of the things I do with our weekly MOJO challenges is create mandalas using whichever patterns are listed in the challenge. Now, not every week do I post the mandalas as sometimes they just don’t meet my own expectations. LOL
Here’s a few of the mandalas I did from our MOJO challenge pattern sets during the last few months:
April 16th MOJO Challenge
For the April 16th challenge we used patterns: Zroz by Dawn Maurice, Ruflz by Lori Byerly, and Snocone by Linda Rea
Mojo Mandala for April 22nd
For this one I incorporated patterns: Nuts by Lizzie Mayne, Galatea by Sandra Strait, and Pekinese by Suzanne Davis
May 21st MOJO Mandala
We used patterns: Box Pleat by Suzanne Davis, Leaflet by Helen Williams, Aegis by Sandra Strait, and LeafPod by Alexandria Diaz
MOJO Creative Challenge June 4th
For the first mandala in June I used patterns: Angel Line by Esther Piszczek, Fun Cycle by Elena Lebedeva, and Gem Brace by Sandra Strait
Mandala Dated June 24th
In the mandala I accomplished just about a week ago I used our MOJO Challenge patterns: Pipes by Lizzie Mayne, Zin by Linda Farmer, Frizzed by HElena, Vache 1 by Genevieve Crabe, and Bysomnus by Milde Weiss
You can see larger views of my mandalas in the gallery in our forums. I’m not sure what I’ll come up with this week or if I’ll even do a mandala with the MOJO Challenge. But if you’re interested in joining us in this go around, the patterns we’re using this week are: Almond by Linda Rea and Bell 3 Plant by Sandra Strait and you can easily access the pattern worksheets from our gallery in the lineweaving forums.
Thanks for Looking! Have a great day everyone,
~Cindy
Your mandalas are gorgeous! I gave this week’s mojo a try in a mandala. Lots of fun and something I will do again (and again) as I am in love with mandalas! My blog link is here – http://penstrokesbycathy.blogspot.com/2018/07/better-late-than.html
Thank you Cathy for the kind words about my mandalas. I always find them enjoyable to work up also. I’ll pop on over to your Pen Strokes site here in just a bit. I know I’ll find something beautiful for sure!
These are beautiful, Cindy!
Thank you kindly. Have a fabulous day!
