A few weekends back we had an Orbital Spiral creative challenge going. It was a completely new project for some of our line weavers. So I did up a tutorial for the process and added it to our Tutorials & Tips discussion string. These spirally drawings are such fun to create. Here’s a couple I included in the tutorial. For these two I used the same patterns, but shaded them differently.
And of course I had to join in with everyone else and do the Weekend Weaver challenge too! 😉 So this is the drawing I did for that project.
Several other folks added their Orbital Spirals to the gallery. If you’re interested, jump on over to the lineweaving forums and get inspired to create some spirally drawings of your own. I’d love to see what you come up with!
